These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Jazmin Fabric (jazminfabric.com) and its customers. Our service includes providing information, patterns, and the sale of fabrics for the fashion and interior design sectors. The specific services are detailed in the respective product description.

The customer undertakes to provide truthful information. Jazmin Fabric provides information about materials, design, and possible uses. All content on our website is protected by copyright. Commercial use of our designs requires a separate agreement.

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typically foreseeable damage. Liability for indirect damages and lost profits is excluded. This does not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health.

Prices are in Euro plus statutory VAT. Payment is due upon completion of the order. The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers remains unaffected. Details regarding the right of withdrawal can be found in our separate cancellation policy. Different regulations apply to commercial customers.

For ongoing services (e.g., subscriptions), the agreed contract term applies. Termination before the end of the minimum contract period is excluded. After expiry, the contract is automatically renewed unless terminated with one month's notice. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains reserved for both parties.

We reserve the right to adapt these GTC in the event of changes to legal or technical framework conditions. The customer will be informed of significant changes. In case of objection, the contract can be terminated within four weeks.
